Richard is the founder and owner of Solstice, a boutique gym offering a personalised fitness experience with limited memberships. Since opening in 2020, Richard has focused on creating a welcoming environment with state-of-the-art equipment, tailored training programs, and top-notch facilities, including an infrared sauna. Passionate about helping members enjoy their fitness journey, Richard combines expert knowledge with a commitment to service, ensuring every client feels supported and valued.

Amy Finnigan
Personal Trainer
Amy brings her expertise in Barre and Pilates to Solstice, where she has been personal training for several months. With estensive indistry experience teaching, she combines her skills to help clients achieve strength, balance, and overall wellness.

Kyra Seiler
Personal Trainer
Kyra specializes in strength training, HIIT, injury rehab, and pregnancy/postpartum fitness. With over six years of experience and degrees in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning, she creates evidence-based, personalized 30-minute workouts. Kyra is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with food in Solstice’s welcoming, non-intimidating environment.
