Step 1
Initial Enquiry & Personal Tour

Your experience begins when you reach out through our website. We’ll invite you in for a relaxed, no-pressure tour of the gym and a friendly chat about how we can best support your goals. It’s the perfect opportunity to get a feel for our space, ask questions, and meet the team.

Step 2

Sign-Up & Onboarding

Once you’re ready to join, we’ll guide you through the sign-up process and get you settled in. Within 72 hours, you’ll meet with one of our expert trainers for your initial consultation and full body composition scan.

Step 3
Comprehensive Consultation & Assessment

This session is all about you.
We take the time to understand your training history, goals, lifestyle, and any limitations. You’ll receive:

  • A full Evolt 360 body composition scan

  • Goal-setting session and physical assessment

  • Initial movement testing

  • Personalised nutritional guidance tailored to your needs

Step 4
Program Design & Training Intro

Based on your consultation, your coach will create a personalised training program. You’ll be booked in for a program introduction session—sometimes two or three—depending on the complexity of your plan.

During these sessions, we’ll:

  • Walk you through your program step by step

  • Teach proper technique for key exercises

  • Introduce you to any unfamiliar equipment

  • Set you up on the TrueCoach app so you can easily access, log, and track your workouts

Step 5
Ongoing Check-Ins & Progress Reviews

We’re here to make sure you stay on track. After your program starts, we schedule:

  • A 2-week check-in to fine-tune your plan and answer any questions

  • A 4-week review with optional re-testing and updates

  • Regular 6-week progress cycles throughout your membership to ensure you’re always moving forward

Everyday Support & Real-Time Coaching
